Introduction and index

These eLearning modules were written for OFTA as part of Hong Kong's contribution to an ITU eLearning programme. Many, but not all, of the weblinks that appear in the text no longer work because the OFTA website to which they relate has long since been redesigned. However, for those interested a search of the OFTA website should reveal the original materials to which they relate.
